Mooooooo!

Here are some choice cuts that have been seasoned, basted in olive oil, and grilled over the open flame.  All I can say is delectable!  Thanks to the Wahl family for raising their own cattle up in Blaine, and selling us some of this fine open range bife.  Up until recently I've been quite ignorant of the varieties of cuts and the different preparations for them.   What a splendid discovery.  The variety of rubs, oils, etc. that help bring out maximum flavor.....ahhhhh.

Thanks-giving! 11/21/2007

Finally a break from the exhausting life that we've been living.  Our time has been consumed with long work hours, a night course in Economics, and the wonderful responsibility of raising two beautiful little children.  This morning has been our usually ritual whenever we don't have pressing schedules to meet.  I made eggs benedict for the first time.  I have to say that they didn't turn out to bad.  The rest of the day will be spent in Seattle having Thanksgiving with the Gregory clan.  We are looking forward to the food, naps....and more naps.  Then tomorrow its off to the Rollins Thanksgiving back in Bellingham.  I hope you all have a great Turkey day.
